SHIPPING
We offer standard international shipping through our (and your) local postal service. Rackmount devices will be shipped via a carrier of our choice (DHL/UPS/FedEx/...).
Be aware that if you choose to ship without any tracking number, the liability for the shipment is yours as soon as we hand it over to the shipping company and there is nothing we can do on our part to retrieve or reimburse it.
We try to ship as fast as we can. Please be aware that some additional manual labor for certain products can incur an additional delay for shipping.
ORDERING FROM WITHIN THE EU
Please be aware that Switzerland is not part of the EU and any order shipped to a country inside the EU will be subject to your local import and tax regulations and fees.
